• Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor is a punishable offence.
• Residents of regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use Kaisitime.
• Kaisitime reserves the right to verify any account it deems suspicious at any time.

Kaisitime supports multiple payment methods including mobile banking, bank transfer, and e-wallets. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum limits, which may change from time to time.

• Deposit: All deposits are credited to your account instantly. If a deposit is not confirmed, please notify the support team.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours. Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Currency: Kaisitime supports transactions in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Kaisitime is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates.
• Withdrawal via Same Method: For security purposes, withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Chargebacks Prohibited: Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account closure and may lead to legal action.

Kaisitime regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions — please read them carefully before claiming.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement. Bonuses or winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is met.
• One Bonus at a Time: Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will result in account closure.
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Kaisitime's discretion: Kaisitime reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules apply to the use of Kaisitime's betting and casino services. These rules are in place to maintain a fair gaming environment.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is identified.
• Odds Changes: Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds in effect at the moment your bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes are refunded.
• Incorrect Odds: If a bet is accepted at an abnormal odds due to a technical error, Kaisitime reserves the right to void that bet.
• Game Results: All games on Kaisitime use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is internationally tested and certified fair.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kaisitime. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Use of software bots, automation tools, or any attempt at hacking.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses or winnings through fraudulent means.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Threatening, harassing, or disturbing other members.
• Match fixing or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event through dishonest means.
• Operating multiple accounts through the same payment method.

You can also close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

• Kaisitime is not directly liable for failures caused by third-party payment providers.
